  7. Rebecca,
Congratulations on such a wonderful body of work! Thank you for sharing and inspiring every day! I love how you finished these last three pages. Can't decide which is my favorite of the top two... and a great way to finish up with the scripted lady giving the viewers of your sketchbook an intimate look at the Artist they will be enjoying.

  9. I have been here a long time, looking at the porcess or having some imagination on the steps to these wonderful art works. The Daisy Doll with the red hair and bangs, caught my attention really long, and the compostions with more than one face make me look a long time also. Just thinking about placement and if you have a sketch first.
It must be hardest to do the cover because as we know covers on books and magazines are the attention getters. I know it will be dynamic because it oculdn't be otherwise.

I am inspiared becaue I am thinking of a quilt, not large at all just an art quilt, I have done some with my paintings printed off on fabric, you have maybe moved me to a different direction. I don't sell quilts but I have given talks on using recycled fabrics and getting a face into a quilt and also had some classes.

I am daxzzled by the colors and designs.

Happy Valentines Day!!
These are little Valentines Mice made out of little white stones. I stuck felt hearts on them and then embelished them with bows and eyes. This is a fun Valentines Day craft for my daughter's second grade class!

India

Meet India, she is such a treasure! I made from a tea cup I brought back from India last year. She sits 6 1/2 inches tall. The base she sits on is a beautiful square plate I found in Crate & Barrel that matched the tea cup perfectly. India has been embellished with fabrics I also brought back with me. Her hair is a combination of wool and acrylic fibers and she is jeweled with brass accents. India has henna patterns on the souls of her feet and around the tops of her arms and sits in this peaceful position as she meditates. She's waiting to sit in your home and bring you peace.

Art Doll Mable

Art Doll Mable
Meet Mable, she's trying her best to keep her skin glowing. She believes in nourishing her body from the inside out but once a week a good facial mask and cucumbers on her eyes make all the difference in the world. She stand 8 inches tall and would love to sit on the side of your tub or on your dresser. She could spend hours in the bathroom! * Mable is an original one of a kind decorative Art Doll and not meant to be played with as a toy.
